About Me:
Im 15 years old and a sophomore in high school.
My mom has been affected by breast cancer. When I was 13, I found out the news that wouldnt only change my mom's life, but mine as well. It has affected our family, but we have been able to over come this and work through it all with help from family and friends.

Every year since 7th grade, I participate in Relay for Life. Its so much fun. A group of friends and I are in a team and we raise money to go towards the American Cancer Society. At the Relay for Life event we play football, go on scavenger hunts, walk around the track, and stay up all night long until the next morning. I love participating at this event, and plan to continue participating in years to come.

Be Breast Aware

Breast cancer is the most common cancer found in women today - at present over 40,000 new cases of breast cancer are diagnosed every year in the UK. That’s one woman every fifteen minutes!
